Join a Running Program Designed Especially for Women

Are you ready to lose weight and improve your strength and stamina? Are you looking to get healthy or finally learn how to run the right way? Meeting Monday and Wednesday mornings from 8:30-9:30 a.m., this ladies’ running group welcomes women of all abilities, with a particular emphasis on beginners who might be run/walking their very first mile. While the majority of participants run/walk a mile or two during each one-hour session, you can find running partners running 4-6 miles with ease if you’re a bit more advanced. You could be ready to run your first 5K before you know it!

There are lots of reasons to consider group running training:

  • Learn proper running technique 
  • Get expert running tips and advice to help you increase your base level of fitness 
  • Find encouragement and support among a group of motivated, beginning runners
  • Celebrate “mile”stones with friends – we even had a girls’ night out after nine class members completed a local 5K!

Jennifer Wilford, a certified running coach, will guide all your runs. Groups meet on Monday and Wednesday mornings in Bridlewood in Flower Mound, Texas. Cost is $60 per four-week session. Sessions are currently enrolling, so join today!
